My Life Story

Where I was:

My name is Ben Wesner. I’m 18 years old and just graduated from High School. During my High School years, I completed two years of College at Rogue Community College in Medford, Oregon. I grew up in Oregon, in fact, I have never lived anywhere else. I love Oregon, but when I graduated, I knew it was time for a change.

Where I am now:

At the end of the summer of 2016, I decided to move to Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. Believe it or not, I am a missionary in Hawaii. I joined Youth With A Mission (YWAM). YWAM is a mission training organization with bases all around the world. We train in small schools for three months and then we go into the nations for three months. I currently live with seven other students and together we learn God’s word, show God’s love, and carry out His plans: to spread His word to every place, even Hawaii. We work on base, do community outreaches, and practice living our lives to glorify God.

Where I am going:

In December, I will be heading to Athens, Greece and other places in the Middle East to spread God’s love!
